Baking is my happy place.
I graduated from CampusNYC, part of the Institute for Culinary Education, and learned from some of the best professional pastry chefs in New York City.
My cakes, cookies, brownies, and sweet loaves have always been a hit. So in the summer of 2019, I launched a little baking business.
Then the pandemic hit and bakeries were closed. Through close friends and word of mouth, my sweet treats grew more popular and soon I was making desserts for birthdays, graduations and all kinds of at-home celebrations.
During this time at home, I also spent the hours that I wasn't baking tutoring a student from an underserved community in Los Angeles. We worked remotely (and still do today). It is so much fun, and I cherish my connection with her (and I hope we can share a plate of cookies one day!).
